Vodn\u00ed slalom je dynamick\u00fd a adrenalinov\u00fd vodn\u00ed sport, kter\u00fd kombinuje rychlost, techniku a dokonalou kontrolu nad lod\u00ed. Z\u00e1vodn\u00edci na kajaku nebo kanoi proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed nebo um\u011ble vytvo\u0159enou slalomovou dr\u00e1hou na divok\u00e9 vod\u011b. Jejich c\u00edlem je projet v\u0161echny branky ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed a sm\u011bru v co nejkrat\u0161\u00edm \u010dase a bez chyb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e9nink je z\u00e1klad v\u0161eho. Tr\u00e9nujeme hodn\u011b a tr\u00e9nujeme r\u00e1di. Nen\u00ed nad to m\u00edt vlastn\u00ed slalomovou dr\u00e1hu, nav\u00edc v centru Ostravy. K tomu jezd\u00edme i za „exotikou“ na um\u011bl\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly v \u010cR a SK. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i n\u00e1cvik z\u00e1chrany a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 j\u00edzdy na vod\u011b, b\u011bh nebo posilovna. Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde zima, tr\u00e9nujeme v baz\u00e9nu eskym\u00e1ck\u00e9 obraty a plav\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

V lod\u011bnici jsme doma. M\u00e1me zde v\u0161echno, co vod\u00e1k pot\u0159ebuje. Lod\u011b, p\u00e1dla, vesty i p\u0159ilby. K tomu je nav\u00edc lezeck\u00e1 st\u011bna, restaurace a venkovn\u00ed terasa. To nemaj\u00ed v\u0161ude. \u00dapln\u00e9mu za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edkovi \u00fapln\u011b sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e si p\u0159inese n\u00e1hradn\u00ed oble\u010den\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je chu\u0165 tr\u00e9novat a ud\u011blat prvn\u00ed krok. Na za\u010d\u00e1tek se n\u011bkomu m\u016f\u017ee hodit mapa<\/a>. K lod\u011bnici se d\u00e1 dostat nejl\u00e9pe MHD, p\u011b\u0161ky nebo na kole.
